Konka Creek Villas

The project site is located in the suburban area of Kherson, next to Konka River. It`s close relation to river gives a great value to our site, and also helped us to shape our design. In this site, we want to create a new sense of community and neighbourhood. That is why we proposed one main entrance for this community. As communities consist of diversities, we have divided our project site into 4 different zones considering users variable demands and connected those zones with car road. To emphasize the pedestrian road, we have designed 30 m wide passage with greeneries and trees where residents can enjoy their daily lives both individually and together with their neighbours and friends. We have extended this pedestrian way till coastline as a main axis, and we have proposed a wooden dock at the end as a miracle transformation of road when it meets with sea. Additionally, social facilities and coastline has been facilitated for its users to feel the community vibes.
