Kuzu Residences

Kuzu Residence is set in the middle of stunning and modern metropolis, Bagdat street, Istanbul. Since the neighbourhood is so valuable for Istanbul, this building was one of the urban transformation projects. According to the municipal regulations, the flat should have stayed almost similar for its residents. Therefore, in designing the façade of Kuzu Residence and additional roof top dublex flat, Premium Suit, our aim had always been the simplicity. We have focused on creating high-quality interior spaces for new tenants with generous balconies to enjoy mesmerizing sea view to the fullest. As some levels’ slabs are nosing, we wanted to spoil the appearance by using vertical panels on the façade so that the nosing levels would not attract all the attention rather than façade design. Addition to that, we have shifted the colors of levels in order to create more harmonious façade display.
