Imagine visiting tourist village in the national park of Australia, and walking beneath the living canopy full of plants with breeze of its shades. We have designed the village with the idea that connects visitors with one rood and allow them to interact with each other. The continuous main axes has been created on the ground floor, and it connects the entrances to public buildings. These pathways also adjust buildings in order to emerge inner patios or greeneries for its users according to the buildings` functions, which creates a continuous movement under the shade. However, we have located more stable functions to upper floor such as library, cinema with more sun shades on the façade, considering the indigenous climate. Since some parts of canopy are supposed to be covered to block sunlight, we have gathered semi-closed parts on canopy and created a walking bridge on the canopy. So, we have placed bird watching tower as an extension of canopy and this creates immersive effect on our design both functionally and aesthetically.
